BEFORE WE PRINT
Great print starts with great files. Please review our artwork requirements below.
Artwork must be supplied as Adobe Illustrator files or as high-resolution PDF’s.
All fonts must be converted to outlines.
All images used in your artwork file must be embedded or supplied.
All images must be supplied in CMYK format at a minimum of 300 dpi.
Insert a dieline at the correct size and placement where your label is to be cut.
Dieline corner radius needs to be set to a minimum of 0.0156”.
If your dieline is a Multi-Cavity die, a 0.125” gap between is required. If front and back are different heights, alignment needs to be set to top, centered or bottom.
Set dieline to overprint
Convert all spot colors to process colors unless it is one of the following: dieline, white plate (white ink), Pantone green 375, Pantone greens or indichrome (violet & orange)
Please include bleeds of 1/8” and a safety zone of 1/16” away from the dieline (to avoid having text or images cut off)
Eliminate all unused elements and color swatches
If printing on a non-white stock, whiteplate is required and spot color needs to be set to
“HPI-White”If embellishments are required (foil stamping, spot UV, emboss or high build) elements need to be on it’s own layer

For peelback labels, indicate with measurements where UV release area needs to be.
